Dublin, Ireland (Remote) (UK travel required)

About the Role

We are hiring a Business Systems Analyst to deliver high quality system solutions across healthcare applications, products and services. This role involves close collaboration with clinical users, technical specialists and delivery teams to define workflows, configure systems and support implementation across hospital environments.

You will act as a key liaison between business and technology, ensuring systems are fit for purpose, compliant and deliver measurable clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver system configuration and applications training to healthcare customers
• Design and customise clinical workflows to meet hospital requirements
• Configure and support cardiology and clinical reporting solutions
• Support product demonstrations and presales activities
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and technical teams
• Support system installation, testing and go live activities
• Ensure systems meet operational and quality standards prior to clinical use
• Troubleshoot and resolve clinical and technical issues during implementation
• Support ongoing system improvements and maintenance

Travel

This role requires regular travel between Ireland and the UK, with occasional international travel. Weekend work may be required to support customer go live activity.

Requirements

• Degree in IT Health Sciences or equivalent experience
• Strong clinical cardiology experience within NHS or HSE environments
• Experience with haemodynamic, cath lab or ECG systems
• Background in IT enabled clinical systems delivery
• Experience training individuals and groups
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Eligibility to work indefinitely in Ireland is required
